- Synchronized efforts between HR, legal, and senior engineers to ensure requirements were met for a custom, multi-lingual time clock application with a $150K budget. Interviewed domain experts and facilitated joint application development sessions to elaborate workflows. Spearheaded research into pay type and PTO accrual rates with final documentation as a deliverable. Co-created a continuous testing plan with engineers to ensure the app followed labor standards across both California and Nevada, exempt and non-exempt staff, agriculture standards, and union labor standards.

- Guided development of unified content strategy for high-end distiller by collaborating aligning directors of marketing, design, technology, production, hospitality, legal, and sales. Tailored workshops and processes based on needs, environmental constraints, and qualitative research. Project budget: $100k.

- Coordinated PR campaign in distillery's pivot from spirits to hand sanitizer production during COVID shutdown. Interviewed internal stakeholders to build prioritization guidelines for distribution of 5K gallons / week.

- Developed strategy for $5K/month SEM spend for premier wedding venue; exceeded target KPIs (conversions, top-of-page rank, CTR, impressions).

- Worked with C-level executives to define the investment strategy and ethical guidelines for their nonprofit division. Created a workbook to empower the investment team with knowledge about topics such as climate change and animal welfare vs. rights. Distilled needs into a workbook with standards for project funding. In use since 2019 to facilitate investment strategy.
